Prospyre — Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions are cancellable at any time with no minimum term commitment. Customers have multiple independent cancellation methods available:
Method 1: Self-service in-app cancellation (recommended)Log in to your Prospyre workspace at app.prospyre.com
Navigate to Settings → Billing (or Account → Subscription)
Click Cancel Subscription
Select a cancellation reason and confirmCancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Method 2: Email cancellation
Send a cancellation request from the email address associated with your account to:[email protected] — for platform and general inquiries
or the finance contact listed on your most recent invoicePlease include your account name, the email address associated with the account, and the date you want cancellation to take effect. Email cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days.
What happens after cancellation:Platform access remains active through the end of your current paid billing period
No further charges will be made
Already-paid fees for the current billing period are not refunded (see Refund Policy)
After the paid period ends, Platform access is disabled and your data is archived in accordance with our data retention policy

Prospyre — Refund Policy

One-time setup fees are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. Service delivery is deemed to have commenced upon the earlier of: (a) the service provider beginning work on contracted deliverables, or (b) the customer receiving Platform access credentials.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Customers may cancel at any time using any of the methods described in our Cancellation Policy, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months or unused service time within a paid period.
Setup deliverables. Contracted setup deliverables — including but not limited to campaign configuration, keyword research, ad copy, conversion tracking setup, platform integrations, and landing page templates — are considered delivered upon provisioning or first availability to the customer, regardless of subsequent customer engagement with those deliverables.
No refunds for business outcomes. Because no specific business outcomes (leads, sales, rankings, ROI) are guaranteed, failure to achieve desired business results is not a basis for refund.
Chargebacks and disputes. Customers experiencing service issues are required to contact support at [email protected] or the contact listed on their invoice before initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution through documented support channels constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate Platform access suspension, recovery of any reversed amounts through collections or legal action, and permanent account termination.
Refund requests. Legitimate refund requests that fall within the scope of this policy should be sent to [email protected] with the account name, invoice number, and detailed reason for the request. Prospyre will respond within 5 business days.

Prospyre — Terms of Service

1. Overview. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prospyre software platform ("Platform") and any related services ("Services"). By accessing the Platform, signing a service agreement with an affiliated service provider, or using any Services billed through the Prospyre billing infrastructure, you agree to these Terms.
2. Platform and Services. Prospyre provides a software-as-a-service platform including, without limitation: marketing automation tools, CRM and pipeline management, funnel and landing page templates, email and SMS marketing, Google Ads campaign management dashboards, conversion tracking, Google Business Profile integration, and related tools (collectively the "Platform Services"). Specific scope of services for any individual customer is defined in the applicable service agreement between the customer and the relevant service provider.
3. Billing and Fees.
(a) Setup fees. One-time setup fees, when applicable, are specified in the customer's individual service agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. Service delivery is deemed to have commenced upon the earlier of (i) the service provider beginning work on contracted deliverables, or (ii) the customer receiving Platform access credentials.
(b) Monthly subscription fees. Monthly subscription fees cover Platform access, ongoing servicing, and maintenance during each billing period. Monthly fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.
(c) Billing descriptor. Charges processed through the Prospyre billing infrastructure appear on card statements as "PROSPYRE.COM" or similar descriptors regardless of the affiliated service provider named on the invoice.
4. Cancellation. Monthly subscriptions are cancellable at any time with no minimum term commitment. Customers may cancel via any of the following methods:
(a) Self-service cancellation inside the Platform. Log in to your Prospyre workspace at app.prospyre.com, navigate to account settings, and click "Cancel Subscription."
(b) Email cancellation. Send a cancellation request from the email address associated with your account to [email protected], or to the finance or support contact listed on your invoice.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Already-paid fees for the current billing period are not refunded. Upon cancellation, Platform access remains active through the end of the paid period, after which access is disabled and data is archived in accordance with our data retention policy.
5. No Results Guarantee. Services provided through or with the Prospyre Platform — including marketing, advertising, lead generation, and campaign management services delivered by affiliated service providers — are provided on a best-efforts basis. Neither Prospyre nor its affiliated service providers guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to: number of leads generated, new client or customer acquisition, revenue increases, search engine rankings, return on ad spend, or conversion rates. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control including your business operations, website, sales process, market conditions, and competitor activity.
6. Customer Responsibilities. Customers are responsible for:Providing timely access to required third-party accounts (Google Ads, Google Business Profile, website, social media) when needed for service delivery
Installing any required tracking codes or integrations on their websites
Responding to leads, inquiries, or contacts generated through campaigns
Maintaining accurate billing information
Notifying Prospyre promptly of any service concerns via the contact channels listed below
Using the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms7. Dispute Resolution Required Before Chargeback. Customers experiencing any service-related concerns are required to contact support via one of the documented support channels ([email protected] or the contact listed on their invoice) before initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution through documented support channels constitutes a material breach of these Terms and of the customer's service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Prospyre and any affiliated service provider under any service agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the customer in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
9. Term and Termination. These Terms remain in effect for as long as the customer uses the Platform or receives Services. Prospyre may suspend or terminate a customer's Platform access in the event of non-payment, chargeback activity, or material breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity providing the specific services to the customer, as identified in the customer's individual service agreement.
11. Changes to These Terms. Prospyre may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
