We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Support Representative to assist our users via email and chat. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming requests, helping clients navigate the platform, resolve technical or account-related issues, and ensure they receive fast, friendly, and solution-oriented support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely, professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when needed

  • Guide users through setup, onboarding, and usage of the platform

  • Maintain clear documentation and communication within our support system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment

  • Excellent written communication skills in English or German

  • Fast learner with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

  • Familiarity with CRM or support tools
