First-Touch Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We’re looking for a reliable, clear-spoken First-Touch SDR to follow up with leads who’ve already received outbound emails. You’ll handle short, structured calls to confirm interest, qualify prospects, and pass high-intent leads to our sales team. This is a remote-first role, ideal for someone based in South Africa or Egypt due to the timezone with excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and comfort using CRMs.

What You’ll Do
You’ll handle the first voice interaction with leads—typically after an email open, reply, or form fill. Your job is to assess fit using a simple checklist and escalate qualified leads to the next step in our pipeline.
Responsibilities
Call leads who responded to or interacted with our outbound emails
Use a structured script to confirm interest and fit
Log calls, notes, and lead status in our CRM
Tag, qualify, and hand off leads to our closers
Maintain clean tracking across call logs, Airtable, and dashboards
Share feedback and insights from conversations with the GTM team
Requirements
Fluent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
Based in South Africa or Egypt (or similar timezone/English level)
Reliable internet and quiet work environment for outbound calls
Comfortable speaking to leads and following structured scripts
Organized, reliable, and proactive in communication
Bonus: Experience with CRMs, Airtable, or similar tools
Bonus: Background in SDR, support, recruiting, or lead qualification
