Build and Scale Our Sales Organization

Prospyre builds lean, automation-driven software and systems for growth-focused businesses. Behind every outbound campaign, leadgen workflow, and launch is a tight sales engine - and we're expanding it.

This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in building and scaling our sales team as part of our core operations.

What You'll Do

You'll act as the central sales business representative - owning the sales process and expanding our existing team of SDRs and sales reps. You'll work directly with our founders to bring structure, performance, and growth to the sales organization.

This role is not about figuring out acquisition strategies. That's handled at C-level. Your job is to build, lead, and optimize a winning sales team that executes.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire sales pipeline - from lead qualification to closing

  • Lead, train, and scale a team of SDRs and sales reps based on clear KPIs

  • Review call recordings, improve pitch quality, and build repeatable sales playbooks

  • Ensure CRM hygiene, deal flow visibility, and pipeline forecasting

  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions to raise close rates

  • Collaborate with marketing and ops to align leadgen and follow-up processes

  • Report directly to the founders with clear metrics and accountability

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and team leadership

  • Strong operational mindset: You don't just sell, you build systems that scale

  • Clear communicator who can coach reps and hold them accountable

  • Familiar with CRM systems, pipeline metrics, and outbound sales cycles

  • Comfortable working with fast-paced founders and adapting to change

  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, performance marketing, or leadgen environments
