What You’ll Do
You’ll work alongside our marketing and creative leads to keep campaigns on track, systems clean, and assets properly managed. You’ll handle structured operational work that supports our content, outreach, and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish social content across platforms like Twitter/X and LinkedIn

  • Manage and organize creative assets using Notion, Airtable, and Google Drive

  • Track tasks and ensure campaigns are delivered on time

  • Upload email lists and handle tagging, segmentation, or automations

  • Keep internal dashboards, databases, and reporting sheets up to date

  • Communicate proactively with marketing leads about blockers, updates, or improvements

  • Help maintain clarity and structure across ongoing campaigns and internal tools

Requirements

  • Excellent written English and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, and content schedulers

  • Self-directed and reliable—you don’t need hand-holding

  • Ability to follow structured processes and spot potential gaps

  • Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing, launch calendars, or email marketing workflows

  • Bonus: Experience supporting marketing or content teams in remote settings
